Yes, our district's AUP does provide for web 2.0 publishing and sharing permissions. At my school we keep all AUP's on file in the library/media center. Any student who does not have an AUP on file is blocked from internet use through a program called Web Warden. If a student has no AUP on file then they are strictly forbidden from any internet use at school.
